“I try to see the bigger picture and where we need to be in three to five years,” he said. “I am proud of the team and our progress, but I feel like we are only scratching the surface.”

It is with this approach that Cleat is tackling his latest goal: positioning HUACI'S European sales team as leaders in the commodities market – an initiative that builds on success after success.

“Building things inspires me,” he said. “I like to see the process from start to finish, whether it is a small home project or putting together a strategy at work.”

When he is not helping to develop HUACI'S European presence, Cleat enjoys working around the house and going for jogs and boat rides through canals in his village.
